Volume Sales with a Personalized service 4.5 Stars overall While Conicelli is a high volume sales dealer I felt like the sales manager Jon Hammond and Sales Associate Jacob Dank really took the time to review all our financing options and helped explain the different cost structures for the car we were looking to purchase even though it we worked late into the evening. Service Experience at Conecelli Toyota Service Center I had an excellent experience at Conecelli Toyota. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was courteous and helpful and the waiting time was reasonable. The service performed on my Toyota was great and I was provided with a coupon that I wasn't aware of that saved me money on my inspection. I would highly recommend Conecelli Toyota and I will return for further service on my Toyota as needed.

Superior Customer Service This was my second time purchasing a new vehicle from Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken.. Jonathan Campo was superior and went the extra mile to put me in the vehicle that I really wanted. Awful experience for a former 3-time customer We wasted half a day at Conicelli today and ended up with nothing. After four hours of test drives and negotiating, we finally had a deal for a lease on a RAV4. Or so we thought. Turns out someone -- either the sales manager, or one of the two salespeople we dealt with, or the finance guy, made a mistake on the sales contract and applied the wrong sales code or something to the deal. What I wanted at a fair price Went to buy my third Camry, knew exactly what I wanted. Jacob Dank was excellent at explaining options, operations, and repeated this when I picked up the car. The process began on the internet, went smoothly. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. It was a good experience. However, for a cash sale, the initial visit was quite long.
