Best in the business of customer service and salesmanship When looking to buy or lease we chose to lease a 2015 Toyota Camry from Conicelli Toyota. We are very please with our leasing experience simply because of one gentleman, Brian Moyer. The bottom line is this; but for Brian, we would have leased elsewhere. Great Experience Our used car purchase at Conicelli left my wife and I with a good feeling and a great car at a reasonable price. Very poor experience My sales person was very pushy, difficult to work with and had very little communication through the process. Shortly after the purchase of a $15,000 used car I found out it had warped rotors, dry rotted tires and a broken sunroof. I gladly replaced the tires and brakes/ rotors, but when I asked for assistance on the $1,000 repair for the sunroof they we're more than happy to blow me. Never buy a car from any Conicelli dealership!

Everything about my experience was excellent From the beginning when my previous Toyota was being serviced and I asked for a demo of a 2015 Avalon Limited, Brian Moyer was the Best. He took all the time I needed explaining all the details of the 2015 Avalon and gave me a test drive. Had it not been for him, his knowledge and time spent, I probably would not have purchased my new car. As far as the car is concerned, it is absolutely the greatest. Always wanted an Avalon Limited Hybrid-I am not disappointed!

Fantastic. First dealer to always provide me with a quote. I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last 4 years with Concelli and that is because they have always come through with the best price in a timely manner. No games withe them unlike a lot of other dealers. Sales staff was informative and to the point. Highly reccomend!!!! Their service is very well run and organized also. Every car dealership in the area should take lessons from them.

Last Minute Service I brought in my car close to closing time as warning light indicated low tire pressure. Stacy Seningen was able to find a technician to look at my vehicle even though they were done for the day. The technician found a nail in my tire and placed a plug in it. I was happy with the quick and efficient service.

Pete Papanikolaou delivered ! Brought my son up to buy a car and he seem to be overwhelmed by what Pete had told him. That being my son wanted a particular car at a price he could pay off in a short time .Pete pointed out the pros and cons of his idea and asked if he could do all he could to put him in affordable car and something he would like. Pete delivered ! my son couldn't believe the deal he got and loves Scion.i also think a lot of Conicelli since I purchased my 2011 camry two years ago.
