Rip off on trade in, false advertising. They advertise Kelly blue book to value your trade but give you auction price. About half of what its worth.Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

I apologize for the trade in value issue. We do you KBB on our website as a guide for our customers. When you come into the dealership we use several different sites and references such as Manhiem and others to come up with a trade in value. Superb Service Superb service. As a person with a disability, Bob Calhoun is always accommodating and sensitive to my needs. I love it even more when he finds online coupons to save me money.

Update as of 5/18/15 (salesman walked away...) The upper management was very helpful in resolving my matter of a strange occurrence with a salesman. They were very prompt and responsive.

Salesman walked away from the table!! Went to look at a used car and me a salesman named Pat. Took a test drive an liked the car. Went in and sat down to talk about the Carfax and price. Pat started to get short with me when I asked questions about what was replaced or repaired on the car. When I asked about the price he said "it (the price) was what is marked on the website" I said "I see but do they negotiate on internet prices? The price of this car was dropped a few weeks ago. Bob Calhoun and Toyota Service I have been using Conicelli Toyota service since I purchased my 2006 Corolla. Bob has always been honest with the service that would be done. Recently my car required over $2000 worth of repairs. Bob advise me of my options and said he could have the car back to me by Saturday. In fact I was able to pick up my car on Friday. Always a positive experience The Conicelli Toyota Service Center in Conshohocken is always at the top of its game. We've used their services for our two cars for at least 15 years. Never been disappointed in the quality of service nor in the attitudes of the staff. Luis Rivera is especially a great go-to guy with any questions about what went on or what maybe should happen. He always has a helpful attitude and approach to customer service.

Bob Calhoun and Conicelli Bob Calhoun has been my service rep through about 8 cars and a couple of the Cpnicelli dealerships. I continue to use both Bob and Conicelli since I always get my car done right and on time and have never had a need to have anything but routine visits since the cars are so well built and maintained. Exceptional Service with a personal My service representative, Bob Calhoun "is the man". Bob has been my service representative since 2004 and has always been pleasant, answered and addressed all my questions and concerns in a manner that made me feel comfortable.
