Haven't had one good experience This whole dealership is garbage. I have not had one good experience since buying a brand new truck from them 6 months ago. It took months to get a tonneau cover (which I was promised on date of sale), They lied to me about loosing my center cap on my wheel, saying that's how I brought it in. Toyota makes great cars and trucks but stay away from Conicelli.

On January 2nd 2020 I stopped into the Conicelli service department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day trip and it was a bit challenging to use the eighth seat. New 4Runner Paul was great. He was able to walk us through the features and options for the various trim levels and demonstrate how each worked on the vehicle. Paul wasn't pushy, had a great attitude, and got our deal done. The sales manager Dave was also great to speak with and kept our deal moving quickly on a Friday night. Daniel in finance was great at laying out the additional options. Overall a great experience.

Service with both of us smiling If you leave a car service center feeling better than when you went in, they're doing something right. When you're able to schedule online the night before, get almost as much work done as when in the office while you wait, and they stick to what they quoted but error on the side of adding value, they're doing everything right. Great experience! Highly recommend I decided to give Conicelli a try after feeling like another dealership was trying to pull a fast one on me. Conicelli was a little further from my house, but I discovered well worth the extra journey. I'm on my second lease with them and have been really happy with both transactions. SOMETIMES, EXTRA INSURANCE COVERS NOTHING. Mr. Hines seemed nice enough, but that helps with making a sale. My complaint, he wasn't honest about what all the additional insurances covered, despite asking and he repeatedly assuring us of the coverages. The armrests were severely damaged as well as other cosmetic issues.
