Maxine & Ryan Maxine & Ryan were great. Very professional, patient, kind and helpful. They both seemed very confident in their ability to help me, and they were correct. The process was simple and quick. I would have given them 5 stars if the finance manager(?) wasn't condescending. I'm unsure as to what his personal issue with me was but, other than that, everything was smooth and appreciated! I would definitely recommend them eventhough they were an hour away.

PLEASE ask for another salesperson QUICKLY!!!! I can't say much about the dealership because the ONLY person I dealt with was David Terpoili who lied from the very beginning. We are in the midst of the COVID-19 nightmare and I could only text back and forth with him. He contacted me on his day off (Tuesday) and couldn't do anything until the next day because of their work schedule. Long story short, he told me that he got the approval on Wednesday. Thursday... he said "the bank needs to send the final approval over to him". ... read more
