easy, fair, transparent Paul Smith made buying my gorgeous Avalon so easy. He explained everything to me which meant so much because this was the first car I purchased without my husband. Purchased 2019 Toyota Camry LE from Paul Smith. I was very pleased with the staff of Conicelli Toyota when I purchased my new car on Wednesday. First, Paul told me that my car was 'on the truck' Wednesday morning and needed to be prepped. That was done, when I arrived at 3pm. Luis Rivera is one of the best service representatives. I purchased a new 2018 Camry last year. This was my third vehicle from Conicelli. I was told I would have a new representative. I was totally unhappy with that. I insisted on staying with Luis and was accommodated. He is kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
