this is an AMAZING shop run by some amazing and honest people. many years ago when I was in nursing school, living penny to penny, just trying to graduate, my car decided to act up.... several times (it was junk!). these guys went above and beyond to help. never was I ripped off, fooled, or talked into anything more. we have continued to use them since and its continued to be great honest work. I would never go anywhere else.
Blaine couldn’t have been more helpful! I work out of town and was on my way home when my throttle body went berserk. Everyone else I called was going to take days to fix it or even run diagnostics on it. Blaine said “come on by” so we did. He got the part I needed the next morning and I was out the door minutes later. Total professionalism in every sense of the word and just a good guy all around. These guys are awesome. I lived in Indianapolis from 2011 to 2015 and I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. Blaine and Lee always took good care of me they are knowledgeable and have been know to work with you on pricing. They even allow you to bring your own parts depending on the job. Shoot them straight and they will take good care of you. I still recommend people to go here even though I have moved out of state. Cant go wrong here!
Such a great experience taking my car to Confident Auto Repair. It was recommended by a co-worker and I'm thankful it was. They're honest, timely in the repair, great communicators, hard working, price competitively! I will definitely go back if we need service on our vehicles again - as well as recommend them to anyone in need of service! Thank you!
The only regret I have is buying a new car and not being able to have these guys work on it. Blaine and his crew are the best. Everyone of my used cars has been taken care of by them. If you're looking for honest hard-working and pleasant to deal with people, these are your guys.
