Confident Aire ROCKS! Tom, the owner of this company is an extraordinary leader! We had an issue with our air conditioning. Three days in a row we had techs from Confident Aire at the house. Seemed like a different issue every day. The techs were working within their directed parameters on pricing, representing the company, when they quoted us the price for the work. I had an issue with my tankless water heater on a Sunday evening. The owner contacted me and walked me through how to fix my problem in a matter of minutes. How many companies out there will walk you through fixing your problem and charge you nothing for it! Excellent and fast service! Highly recommend them. Thanks Tom!

Special thanks to Tom and his team for installing a new air conditioning unit in my home in about 6 hours! Their workmanship was outstanding, they were very professional and they left my house looking like they had never been there. They did the same for a water heater earlier this year.
