I got to see Dr. O in the Wallingford office. I previously would go to the dentist and end up crying before we even start from past trauma and fears. By the time I completed all my procedures I had avoided, I would go into the office laughing and leaving smiling. Dr O and the DA team was genuinely life changing. I did end up crying one more time after I realized how much Dr.O and the team had changed my life. The dentist and her assistant are pretty good, but there were consistent issues with the front desk staff. I ordered a simple mouth guard and was told it would take at most 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called for an update and was told they would call me back on Monday. No call back, so I called on Tuesday and they said there was an issue and it would be another 2 weeks. I couldn't ask for better dental care than what i receive from Dr.Dijay (sp?). He is personable & professional. He walks me through the entire process, explaining in detail & with the use of a mirror what he does. Your scheduling & financial assisstant is excellent. She very attentive, courteous and eady to work with. I highly recommend Confi Dental. Thank you
