Unfortunately I witnessed an unpleasant exchange between a client and your front desk... I felt that there was poor communication and a lack of empathy. I would have suggested that since the office had created an incorrect estimate that they stand by it... As a courtesy.... I couldn’t say enough about this office staff and doctors.. From the first call I made to get in as a New patient. Now I’ve been there several times Everything that I needed done they addressed, and they made a plan and we followed through to it. They have helped me so much Honestly, I can’t say enough about this office. They’re wonderful.
For the first time I was absolutely at ease with a dental visit! Great staff.
