This is by far, the worst mental health hospital I have EVER stayed at, they held me against my will. The food is always cold, the staff was ok except the one nurse who’s been there I believe the longest, it takes forever for them to do anything, medicines, showers(they have shared showers) I believe there are only 3 I’m a Christian woman I was not allowed to wear my cross, while I stayed there a man who identified himself as Santan was allowed to wear his pentagram. The staff there is very kind and helpful. Iv been a patient here for atleast 4 years and have seen 4 doctors in the time i have been here only 1 of witch i didnt like but the helpful staff got me changed too another doctor and a new appt within a few days without issue. Never had a problem with prescription being refilled. I always call and they have them there within 48hrs everytime. Great place to find help if your struggling. I would reccomend too anyone struggling with mental health problems.
I’ve had a few difficulties with this location such as getting my prescription filled on time. I recently had a new psychiatrist and she was very unprofessional and passive aggressive towards me. She judged me for smoking marijuana and made me feel like an overall horrible person. Go elsewhere. Anywhere but here!
Amazing doctor Kandell, but they never fill prescriptions on time. I've went an entire weekend without my necessary medications because they told me all day it would be filled later and never was.
The worst imaginable. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Unprofessional, uncaring non compassionate and unsympathetic. Judgemental and ignorant, also his nurse! Horrible!
