All the staff are very friendly and kind, along with being very competent. During my last visit, I told Christine about some of my hearing issues and she made a very satisfactory adjustment to my hearing aids. Since then, I've been hearing much more clearly without having to adjust volume or change programs. What more could you ask?
Nice people, responsive and professional. They were able to find a great solution for my hearing problems, I’m amazed at the difference. Walked out of their offices and heard birds singing for the first time in years. I highly recommend their services.
I went to Conejo Hearing Center several years ago when I suddenly lost much of the hearing in my left ear. Christine did a hearing test and fitted me with a pair of Oticon aids that I wore for three years. I then tried a less expensive pair from another vendor for three years, but have just now gone back to Christine and am wearing a new pair of Oticons. I am very pleased with the result, and with the outstanding and friendly service I always receive at Conejo Hearing Center.
I canot thank them enough for the way they take care of me am just short of needing a baby sitter with my hearing aids and they go above and beyond to make sure i'm taken care of. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS LOVE THEM ALL john murray
I have only great things to say about the hearing center. Each time I go in, I am listened to and find my hearing aids work better after Dr. Wilson looks at them. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something, but instead, get me on the computer and help me hear better. They are the best!! Judy Sullivan
