Do yourself a favor and find a different building. Fire alarm goes off NON-STOP starting anywhere from 7 AM until noon at least 1 day a week. Residents fill the trash chute until it's physically impossible to clothes, leaving the whole floor smelling like diapers and other sanitary products. Elevators constantly break - relevantly, there is only one functioning at the moment, which requires you to walk up a steep parking garage ramp which is extremely dangerous given its constant use by cars.
