Thank heaven I found the Conde Center! Dr. Conde and his amazing staff are all focused on providing the best individualized healing for each and every patient! I appreciate their warmth and competency and am gratefully healing from vertigo, sciatic syndrome, and painful spinal stenosis, with an emphasis on nerve damage and scar tissue preventing normal balance and mobilization. My body has proven to be difficult and stubborn. Too much muscle (there's such a thing) herniated cervical discs and the usual arthritis etc. Decades of intense sports resulted in strengthened areas but caused more weak areas - resulting in serious pain and a life of aspirins/ibuprofen. Over the years I've been to several Chiropractors with zero results. I have however began to feel a bit of relief with Dr P, a god sent. Love, love, love Dr John Conde. So proud to call him my friend and doctor. He has kept me out of surgery and got me back on the ball field a few times. The pain in my shoulder and numbness in my arm, stemming from the stenosis in my neck, was so intense that I didn't think I would ever be able to live life without surgery.
