The staff are always so great with my daughter!
I enjoy bringing my 2 children to Concord Pediatric Dentistry. Wait time is short, and my kids enjoy the color coded rooms with the toothpaste painted on the floor. My daughter and son love getting the coins after the visit for the toy machine. I appreciate the effort put into the office to make going to the dentist less intimidating. The dentist and assistants are all wonderful and patient. The receptionist is pleasant as well. Thank you for making my kids want to come to the dentist.
This was my first time taking my 3 year old here who has had a bad history of medical trauma and can have a panic attack just from looking at anything that looks medical. We walked into the blue room and he was overjoyed by the peanuts big picture they have on the wall. The best part of this visit though was Annie, the hygienist! She was so patient and understanding of my son (who is going to be tested for autism soon) and really took her time with him. If there was a way to fill out the forms ahead of time and bring them in at the visit it would make the visit so much less stressful, especially for those of us with small children. I have asked this in the past but apparently no one reads these. Otherwise we are very happy with the office.
As I stated in his brother's review, if we could fill out the forms prior to the appointment and bring them in that would be so much easier. If someone reads this I will be amazed.
I have never had either of my kids complain about having to go to the dentist, since we switched to Concord Pediatric Dentistry. Now that's saying something!
