Every appointment we've had my kids have so much attention on them. The staff is super friendly and efficient. It's nice to have all three kids be seen at one time.
My children get excited about going to their dentist appointments....I don't remember ever being happy about the dentist when I was a kid. The staff here is always super friendly, they make the kids feel comfortable, and give them a sense of independence. They explain everything they are doing in a way that kids can understand. My family has never had to wait past our appointment times and we've only ever had positive experiences here. I would highly suggest bringing your children here for their dental needs.
Cathy the hygienist I had is very sweet, she always is but she brushes and flosses my teeth so had that even 24 hours later I have cuts in my gums and it hurts and my gums bleed. Please if you get her ask her to be gentle!
Jerry was wonderful as always! Always sweet and friendly and always remembers everyone's name! Dr. Chu was right on task and as pleasant and friendly as always. Will always recommend you folks!
I usually have no complaints, but this last time they would not let me back with my child who was getting a filling. That will never happen again. If you are giving my 7 year old nitrous to help him get his procedure done, then I will be right there. What kind of parent is ok with letting their child be drugged and not under their supervision? Not this one. So heads up, o WILL ALWAYS remain with my children in the office.

***** My daughter was very scared when we first arrived and was made to feel very comfortable at her recent appointment when you pulled 2 baby teeth and did a small filling. When we left it ended up being a good experience.
My girls were nervous visiting Concord Pediatric Dentistry for the first time but the staff made sure it was an amazing experience. This was only our second time to the office and they were both excited! Both of my girls love going to this dentist office and the coin machine treats afterwards. We've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment and every employee in the office goes out of their way to make sure the children and families are taken care of, even down to receptionists when entering and leaving.
