We bought and sold our house in Ranchester with Zack’s company. We had Bob as our realtor. Both transactions went pretty well. Only one thing, when our realtor went on vacation and had almost no cell service and limited internet, we felt it would have been easier if he had had help from someone else in the office for the negotiations of the offer we were dealing other at the time.
Genie helped me put a price on the house, the bank assessed it at that same price. The buyer was found and made an offer within 2 days. I had to leave town and Genie and Lisa took care of loose ends and of everything on closing day which I could not attend. Thanks.
