Rose is a true professional. She is very knowledgeable about the local area, really patient with showing us houses and helping us sort out which house was the best match for us, she had an excellent home inspector, had local experts for evaluating repairs, had a good appraiser for us, was very skillful at working out problems as they arose, and was good at coordinating and negotiating with all parties involved, plus she has a beautiful personality so she was great to work with.
