We have been going to Serenity since they opened and we have always been so impressed with the level of care we receive. Our kids think going to the dentist is super fun and while I am not a fan of going the the dentist (any dentist), the staff and Dr. Rosenfeldt make me very comfortable, accept my quirks, and laugh with me when I sigh and dread making another appointment ;). I have and will continue to recommend people to Serenity.
I was very nervous having not been into the dentist in some time. The ladies working here were very sweet and friendly! Made me feel comfortable. Couldn't of been an easier experience.
I felt very welcome and comfortable during my appointment. The hygienist was very friendly and thorough during the inspection and cleaning, and was a joy to chat with while waiting for the doctor. The doctor was knowledgeable and i would definitely recommend Serenity Valley to anyone.
Serenity Valley is always patient and gentle with my daughter, who is hyper and chatty and convinced she does everything right. :-) They do a good job getting her teeth clean and helping teach her how to do it better for herself, too.
After not being seen by a dentist for a few years I was very nervous going back again. Worried what I would find out about my teeth and a little embarrased knowing I haven't been taking the best care of them. I have never felt so comfortable being at the dentist. From the receptionist and on the staff was friendly, gentle, understanding and caring. I would recommend their services to anyone and look forward to many years of service from them.
You do so well at such a difficult job! Making a trip to see the dentist a good experience for kids is it easy. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my little ones.
