Serenity Valley Family Dentistry is very outstanding Dental Office. I was very impressed with their staff. The hygienists and the Doctor they had were very compassionate and educational. The staff are there to make sure you have a healthy smile by one appointment at a time.
The staff at Serenity Valley Family Dentistry are all wonderful. They are so kind, upbeat and are genuinely interested in your life - not just your teeth! They're very prompt with getting you in st your scheduled time. There's also paraffin wax offered to have your hands silky smoothing the time your cleaning is over! I highly recommend them.
My husband and I go to Serenity Family Dental, and now our young daughters have also been getting regular appointments. Everyone we've encountered there has been friendly, genuinely kind and patient with all of us... even my resistant 2 y.o. with a very short attention span. They take extra time to help each of us relax and get comfortable for our appointment (from a paraffin hand wax for me to letting my girls try out some of the dental tools and select their favorite show to watch as entertainment). Through the years, I have been to many dentists. Serenity Valley is by far the best experience I have had with dental work. The staff does an amazing job in every aspect of the service. I could barely feel the needle when they applied the pain killer, they did an amazing job in repairing my chipped and broken teeth, they are encouraging and I have not felt judged in any way. 10/10 - Would recommend Serenity Valley to anyone, but would emphatically suggest them to anyone that is afraid of pain.
I made the decision to seek a new dentist for 2017, and after having an initial exam I knew I had found the right place. Talk about a fun group of professionals! I felt comfortable with the exam, analysis, plan of attack, and my required expenses....all of which were struggles for my previous dentist of choice. For some one with a fear of dentist it's always very uncomfortable to go. I must admit from our very first meeting I was totally at ease. Never once was I nervous. Alright maybe once but that is all.
I love Dr. Shandra Rosenfeldt & Staff. They make me feel comfortable and cared for with each appointment. I have also accompanied each of my grandsons to appointments and watched everyone make them feel special. All of the staff listen to you, address your concerns, and make you feel special. Love it!
I have been coming to Serenity Valley Dentistry for quite a while now. Everyone is professional, kind and gentle! I can't say enough about this exceptional dentist and her really great staff!
