Bad service more than one hour wait
I was hoping that I could have had a good experience but even with a wait the reception by Sam ((Samantha) was rude and unprofessional. There was a question about my insurance and she couldn’t have acted as if I were a criminal trying to put something over on them. After that was fixed I did get examined by a nurse. I was going there for an X-ray for my knee. Didn’t get one but got a brace and advised to elevate it. I’m still having pain and weakness. Not sure what to do now.
It might've been the time of day we got there and what day it was, but we didn't wait longer than 30 minutes to be seen. Unfortunately my daughter has kidney stones but the NP Russo that saw her was awesome!
, even with an appointment expect to be sitting in the waiting room for at least an hour totally ridiculous
