Checked in at 715 am. Waited an hour and a half while watching people that came in after me go ahead of me. Finally got back to the room, the doctor was great, got an X-ray. Doctor said I should go to emergency room. I went to the emergency room to get another X-ray to verify a compound fracture . Waited 3 more hours .
Ignoring clients and chit chatting with co workers in Spanish is very rude and unprofessional. There are plenty of places to go and I will next time I need any services. If asked I will encouraged other to do the same. I hope this review will defer others from coming here in the future
Wasted hours of my time and lots of $$$ in gas trying to get them to correct their mistake on my non cdl dot form. 5 total trips and they still haven’t corrected it. I should be compensated at this point since they can’t be professional and like to waste everybody’s time. Not like I have a life outside of going and getting a physical right??? Ridiculous

I made an appointment for 1115. I arrived 15 minutes early for a pre employment physical. I left at 115pm. Really bad customer care.
In the past year my family and I have visiting Concentra 3-4 times. Each time we've got the staff have been amazing. Super easy check in process and a few times we've had to wait a bit.. makes sense because there are others in front of you? Or varying degrees of urgency? Last night I went and the PA was phenomenal.. in and out fairly quickly. I would recommend to anyone.. just remember there are other people being seen, not just you!
The waiting was so long and it took the MD 2 hours to see me. No nurses or staff will inform patient to whatever delays. The doctor doesn’t have bedside personality either. No hand washing! He looks so tired and annoyed 😒. Registration took 15 mins or more and I waited for an hour to be check in the room to do vital signs. “Urgent” care in here doesn’t mean urgent! It’s waiting care, who cares!
I had a 1pm appointment for a pre-employment physical. Didn’t get taken back till 40 minutes later. I was put in a room after a vision exam. It turns out, the front desk was supposed to give me a history sheet. So we had to take more time doing that. It took another hour for a provider to see me. It just seems disorganized. They kept forgetting I was in the room. They kept telling me a provider will see you in a few minutes. I’ve worked at a clinic so I know how it works.
