I thought they did a wonderful job at deadening the pain before working on my finger, which was accidentally filleted open.i thought it would need stitches, but they glued it together, after a cleaning. No pain, no stitches, nor did I have to come back! I couldn't ask for more! I am satisfied.
From all Houston locations this is the best costumer service!!! Nothing but smiling faces, attentive and very professional. Thumbs up!!!
The whole staff were very professional. Although it took some time, once I was brought back to see the doctor it was very quick. All the staff seemed upbeat and happy even as they were inundated with quite a few people in the waiting area.
I went to the Concentra on Greens Rd. I made it there approximately around 1:45 and I left out around 4:00 p.m.!! Enough said🤦🏽♀️
Staff was nice. But the doctor's that walk in don't have smiles on their faces, not sure if they like their careers, that they have chosen! I will go back again, but only when my regular doctor is not available, which is why I visit here yesterday.
The staff was really nice but I was there nearly 4 hours.
