not bad. a little wait but overall no complaints! I mean when we are sick we all want to be first and absolutely nothing and no one else matters..... again i'm not gonna complain! Thanks
Waiting room was very full but I was taken care of quickly and staff was extremely nice and professional.
Waited for over two hours. They call this place an urgent care facility. Service and staff don’t show it. The nurse was short and seemed to sufficiently hate her job enough it showed all over her face. This place is a joke. Next time I will wait the extra 3 days to get in with my primary then do this again.***I ended up leaving after 2 hours and 45 minutes and still not being seen. I was told I had 2 people still ahead of me. Worst place ever to call themselves anything related to urgent or care. ***
The staff was very nice.I just wish that the physical therapy room wouldn't be so small and open ,I honestly feel uncomfortable bending , stretching, laying on my stomach and in certain positions .. with a room full of men.
