RecommendedGood service and friendly people
I'd like to recommend chairs be placed outside with a fan. Or, get a larger office for drug testing. There were a lot of ppl standing outside in the heat. That's not safe as someone could faint. This is constructive criticism I feel may help.
Dr. Dolan and staff very efficient and friendly when I have been there
My experience was good except there was a rude staff member. Besides that everything went well and quickly.
They take too long to send your drug test results back to the company you interviewed with.
Receptionist was rude! No kind of professionalism! Talking about there personal lives in front of everyone sitting in the waiting room. To include yelling down the hall about all the personal lives and events going on with there families as if everyone wants to hear that.

I went to concentra for a pre employment physical. The staff members were well organized and efficient. The ladies that performed the drug testing and eye and hearing testing were friendly yet professional. I would recommend this facility for all of my future needs.
