The staff members are friendly and helpful. The wait time is incredible long.
I promise if I ever have to do any screenings and Concentra is the option provided I will not use them. I waited greater than 2 hours for a urine drug screen. The response and sense of urgency by the staff was lacking. Responses were we’re short staffed you can go to another location. This place is not client/ patient centered. I asked in the beginning sb estimated wait just like any other place was told 30 mins. I understand things happen but there is no organization to their madness.
Went for an on the job injury. Signed in at 1:42 did not get out til 4:30. One xray and a doctor that glanced at my injury. Was told I had a sprained knee. WRONG!!!! Went for a second opinion today to my doctor, MRI given I have a torn meniscus! Will never go back!����
I went here for an out of state physical, drug and TB test. I called before going to make sure my paperwork was there and was told yes. I get there and waited 45 min to be called back. They then started some of the test, then says that my paper work was not in. I then had to wait an additional 1.5 hour for the paperwork to come in. I get back to see the doctor and was rushed and totally felt like the physical was a waste of time. Waited too damn long to be seen ..Dr was incompetent...will never set foot in this place again!!!
Staff was very informative told me it would be 2 hrs, and it was 3. No worries everybody was very nice. Building was clean too, even tho they were very busy.
