People at desk just don’t want to do what they get payed to do. At ( Romulus location) I’ve Ben to others and never went through what I have here. Worst place ever. Just close it or rehire people that want to do there job. And the lady said just go somewhere else if u don’t like it. Berry disrespectful and rude
SUPER unprofessional and Ghetto! I wouldn’t even take my dog or goldfish here. Never seen anything like it. Front desk ladies are rude as can be. Came in before midnight, waited an hour and a half with only 3 other people in there. Politely asked the wait time and had the most rude response of 4 hours! After an hour & a half my paper work STILL wasn’t done. This is the second time I’ve been here and I tried to give them a second chance. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. Go somewhere else. If you want professionalism this isn’t the place.
