the staff are considerate, patient, kind, professional and pleasant
showed up on a Sunday morning for a pre- employment drug screen. after waiting about 5 minutes for the young lady working the front desk to finish conversating I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I came in with a full bladder to get this done quickly and was told I have to wait 45 minutes to urinate in a cup. It's not busy, there 5 others in the waiting room. A pre-employment drug screen takes 5 to 10 minutes anywhere else. 45 minutes is unacceptable by any standards.
Staff was very friendly and fast getting you in
Went in for X-ray and didn’t even get what was bothering me... even after pointing it out. Talked to the doctor for a total of 1 minute. He was in and out
