Absolutely the worst urgent care out there. Unless you don't mind 3 to 5 hour waits, rude staff, and payment up front to wait that long.
RecommendedStaff was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. Tests were performed in a timely manner. And the tech washed her hands and used gloves appropriately!
Have separate waiting lines for ill patients from pre-employment physicals and drug tests. I waited over two hours for drug test and physical. the receptionist Dominique tried to do a wonderful job and obviously cared about me and others. computers were not up to a professional standard.
As frustrating as it is to report from work to a care center I was well taken care of and everything was explained to me. I was in and out over 5 months period with occupational therapy, X-rays and doctor/surgical evaluations. I could have gone to my medical group but I made the right choice and stuck with Concentra.
No buena atención a los pacientes No se toman el tiempo para revisar las lecciones de la persona. Y no toman en cuenta lo que dice el paciente. Cuando dan la prescripción. No se como la mandan x que cuando va a la farmacia. No se la quieren dar la medecina. Entonces de que sirve de que lo atiendan para las lecciones yo siento personalmente no tengo una buena atención médica
The staff there seemed very nice. But when you walk in and they tell you it is going to be 3 hours for you to be seen .Then at the 6 hour mark that you have been there and they try to tell you it is going to be another hour. That is ridiculous. Not going to lie I got pissed off and was not nice about it
Worst triage of any medical facility I have ever experienced OR worked for. I even worked as a health care specialist(combat medic 68w) for the US army, have received care from the VA and still can tell you this is the worst.Some advice it's free,If your waiting room is full, start making kits for drug tests(it's easy we did it in the field your facility should beable to handle it excluding dot tests this should be easy to accomplish) that for one would help clear out the … See more
