RecommendedConcentra got my physical done quickly. The staff is very professional and friendly. The receptionist was helpful.
I drove from Allen Park because this was the only Urgent Care near me open past 9 PM. My 2 1/2 year old has been running low grade fevers for two days and told me at 8:45 her ear hurt really bad. They turned us away at the door saying it was at the Dr.’s discretion to treat minors and this Dr refused to see her. They didn’t even have any recommendations as to where else we could go.
This company is very professional # great staff,great service too.

Went into the DTW location for a DoT physical and they promptly decided I have hypertension and wanted my doctor to treat it and would only give me a three month card. Needless to say my blood pressure was completely normal at my primary care visit a week later. Interesting how that works out. Can’t wait to see what the PA at concentra says when I bring the letter from my MD that says I have no hypertension. 🙄
I have never been to Concentra before but I took people to that location and they always so crowded the staff is very friendly but too slow for me I will not go back to that location
1 star I was there for 2 hours at 9:45 pm when there were only 2 other people. It took 45 min to get called in, the dr took about 45 min to get in to see me and it took another 20 minutes to check out because the staff was too busy talking amongst themselves! I didn’t leave there to 11:45pm
