I recently had an insurance/prescription issue and it was resolved very quickly( at a higher level than the Urgent Care Clinic) but resolved nonetheless by VERY polite people!
when I came for my physical and drug screening for my company front desk staff was friendly and helpful and all the doctors and staff were great
