I went to get Covid 19 tested on 01/12/2021, I tried to call two days later and nobody answers the phone. I had to make arrangements with my company HR office to skip work without getting in trouble for poor attendance, I'm not getting paid while at home. It is now 01/18/2021 and both my company and I know nothing about my results. Poor service.

Clean, amazing adherence to COVID protocols without offending people, friendly, respectful, set appropriate expectations about wait times (I was told 3-4 hour wait on Saturday). I was in and out with x-rays in hand for my fractured toe within 2 1/2 hours. The staff was very courteous and extremely efficient. I felt safe and the wait time was short. Very professional.
I called and made an appointment. I still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. They, later, told me they didn't realize I had made an appointment. I went there to do a drug screen and a physical for a job. My job called me saying that I didn't do the drug at Concentra, which I did. I showed proof of it. Concentra messed something up. Everything turned out well in the end. Also, people were apologetic for making me wait. However, I still wasted over two hours there. Hoping I never have to come back.
