Sat in the waiting room over an hour to be seen (with an appointment), then sat an hour and a half in the patient check out area. Testing itself took 10 minutes.
Waited an hour for my scheduled 11 am appointment to be seen, just to wait 30 mins to be told I'm fine, just to wait an hour to get discharge paperwork, all while listening to multiple staff members complain about the job and lunches. Either hire more staff or train this staff better
Second trip here for the same thing. Every time I have had an appointment I've waited 1-2+ hours just to be seen by the incompetent nurses. 20 minute exam and then another hour to check out. I pity anyone who has actually needed to see a doctor here for any physical ailment.
Wow almost 2 hrs for a drug test & to see dr even though I saw my own dr & er visit a few days ago , this place sucks
Cant keep appointments, ridiculous wait times.
I was told the wait for a simple drug screening would be an hour. 2 and a half hours later I AM STILL WAITING!
It's a joke . Every single time you come here its a 3 hour wait . FOH
