RecommendedStaff was polite, I was seen quickly and done fast!
They are very smart and on point with there procedures
Physician was very thorough. However, front end staff was incredibly rude.
Went in for a DOT physical and was told i have a clean bill of health but because i am a broad shoulder and neck type person i failed because the circumference of my neck was too big and that i have to get a sleep study in order to get my DOT Card. My primary care physician calls them and they basically told him they dont care what he says that i still need one but needed him to sign off on my prescriptions that i take. Concentra is the worst place to go and i will never go back
I do not recommend the one in Newark, Delaware did my dot physical there dr didn’t ask any questions said I had to get a sleep study done with any evidence I needed one except the fact that I didn’t fit into his cookie cutter for height and weight.
care was fast and the staff was super friendly
This place is clean and nice and friendly staff there. And no long wait and quick take care of patients.
Dr was a real gentleman very professional. All of the staff were very nice and very professional as well.
It's too slow to be considered a urgent care. 3 hour wait for less then 3 minutes with a doctor. Patients have to fill out like 10 pages of paperwork but they give them to you 3 at a time instead of letting you do them all. Honestly wish I didnt have to go back cuz it's a waste. Appointments don't help because they let you sit over a hour after your appointment was suppose to start.
