RecommendedIt took me more than an hour to complete paperworks and physical exam/blood works, and front desk explained well when I asked questions. The waiting was not that bad, friendly staff. Although later, I am glad that I left the exam room and ask if I can leave, because no one came back and I was waiting in the exam room for almost 10 mins. All in all, it was good service.
I received an employment physical and waited in the room for a Provider for 30+ minutes without being informed of the expected wait time. Once I was seen the Provider was pleasant and seemed knowledgable.
They gave us misinformation said we could just walk in when I called for information, then after taking time from work we were told we needed an appointment and that was additional cost. We took more time off work another day for our appointment We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment with all the forms filled out beforehand. Waited 45 minutes past our appointment time then was brought to a room for vitals check. Concentra staff was very professional...
Quick service on a Friday
Literally took an entire day to get a physical. The inability to make an appointment along with one doctor to do them is absolutely ridiculous. The staff isn't exactly what I'd call friendly either.
