New employee screening for local medical facility. All staff at Concentra we're very friendly. Wait time was minimal.
Waited 2 1/2 hours for a physical that I already had an appointment for. Staff is very nice that’s about it. I’m not sure why businesses use there services since they are so busy and can’t handle the patient overload.
The Staff there is very friendly and very helpful. Went out of their way to help us solve a problem we were having with our insurance company and more. We like to thank them for all there help even when their hands were tied. THANK YOU!
The office was very clean, joyful staff, very caring
Seems like they don't care about your injury, just getting you back to work.
It seems nice but the lobby feels dirty and dark - the wait is so long - most of the front desk girls were nice and knowledgeable but one lacked in customer service skills. The professionalism just didn't seem to be there like a normal doctors office. This wasn't my first choice I was sent there by an employer for a physical. The doctor and assistants were fine but you still got the assembly line feeling.
I sat in a exam room for over 30 minutes to get seen by a P.A. I was supposed to have blood drawn however she took her time and I have to come back .
