Easy, In and out. Fabulous people from the registration to the Doctor.
Dr. Karen had absolutely no bedside manner, standing against the door, as far from me as possible and stated that "you might be contagious", as he quickly left. After waiting an hour to be seen, I was told to go home and rest and that he wasn't sure what I had. He wrote a prescription for pain pills (Norco) because a side effect is constipation and that would help me from getting dehydrated. The entire experience was less than impressive. Could have web quicker and we could be notified way earlier if we will be waiting for over 3 hrs plus
I've used this Urgent Care several times, however I won't be back. The last two times I've been here the doctor has been demeaning, talked down to me, twisted my words and this last time I heard him tell the nurse in the hallway that because my oxygen level was okay I must have anxiety. He chose not to give me an antibiotic which resulted in a fever later that afternoon and another urgent care visit later that week where I had to have two nebulizer treatments, a steroid shot and was given two inhalers and prednisone because ... read more
I haven't had any good experiences with urgent cares. I couldn't get into my doctor & the ER gets too expensive. My first time at Concentra was yesterday. I have a staph infection & the nurses/doctor were completely amazing. So very kind & respectful. I won't go to any other urgent care from now on, I promise y'all that!
Easy in and out; knowledgeable American doctor. Recommended.
The staff is amazing here. This trip originally started at a different urgent Care and because these guys are so fantastic I requested to be transferred to this location and will never go anywhere else again!!! Thank you for all you do!!
