Dr Karre doesn’t complete needed paperwork for workman’s comp/FLMA paperwork by requested time of 8/6 and still haven’t gotten it with a second fax! Wendy is a joke oh yes he will fill it out and requested a confirmation that it was faxed and still nothing! Go elsewhere! Lawyer hired
