I went in for a work related injury. The staff was nice but the dr. Was not very thorough and the paperwork I was sent home with did not include the treatments received. They gave me a shot and it was not listed anywhere on any paperwork and when I called about this the girl had a hard time finding out what they did while I was there. Very unprofessional.

Went in for pre-employment drug screen and TB test. Staff was really very nice here. I felt very comfortable and relaxed there. I was in and out within a few minutes. They explained in detail what i should expect to see with the the TB skin test so I don’t get alarmed or worried. Very nice experience.
I had to get a couple of DOT physicals for various companies, which means dealing with several medical facilities. Concentra Urgent Care was by far the fastest and most enjoyable experience. The staff actually seamed to like their jobs and genuinely cared about the patients they were seeing. Thank you.
Visited this location for a drug screening for my job. Everyone was polite. In and out quick.
All the attendants were very helpful and responsive. More than I could have asked for. Very friendly and knowledgeable also. A pleasant experience.

I went into get a flu shot and this by far had to be the best flu shot I have ever gotten didn’t feel the needle didn’t feel the medicine going in my nurse was awesome and I told him so!!!!!
