Go somewhere else. The employees are rude and unprofessional. The customer service absolutely horrible. Save your time and money go somewhere else where you will feel appreciated.
These people are real slow they should care more about a patient you wouldn't be here if you felt good they should offer you a ice pack or heating pad i have been here since 1015am so ridiculous and im in pain.

Absolutely horrible experience. 3 hour visit for my son to be diagnosed with an ear infection for my $75 copay. We were told prescription was called in to pharmacy. Went to pharmacy, it wasn't. Urgent care is closed now. Took 2 hours and 3 phone calls to get an on call doctor to call me back. When they finally did, they couldn't help me and told me to take him to an urgent care center that's open now if I need a prescription for him. WTF? Ridiculous. Not even an apology. Decent urgent care. Clean. We had no real problems other than the 3 hour wait, but that is pretty common at an urgent care or hospital. We expected the wait. The staff was pleasant and went as far as bringing us a snack and some juice for me and my kids. Nice folks. The doc was a tad rude, but not a big deal. Minor issue. The care was great. Got my 6yr old daughter's ankle x-ray'd and fixed up.
2 hour wait for a 3 minute exam. There are 10 people here. Not happy...
I didn't even stay to be seen. This place looks like trash. After reading reviews I decided to just go to the ER. Rachet as hell up in this place. Thanks for the granola bar but I'm bouncing to Kennestone ER. Dueces!!!
