customer service is nice. I was there for 3 hours for a DOT physical. Paperwork they could've gave me when I first got their I received an HR after I have been sitting. Once done with my physical they sent me to waiting room for 20min just to inform me they forgot a part of my physical I had to do. Concentra is great but the Marrietta location is by far the worst. if you go set aside 5hours of your day.

Unbelievable place... so rude and disrespectful place to go and get helped if needed.. I was going there couple times and so disappointed ☹️ don’t recommend..😭
Go out of business !! I would not recommend that anyone go there or even take there pets there. This was the most pathetic excuse of a clinic I have ever seen . I went in for a DOT physical and it was the biggest joke ever , the doctor was not even in the room with me for 2 minutes. The only good thing they had going for them was the two receptionists at the front desk

There was a bit of a wait. But I expected that being a walk-in. They did a good physical and got me out the door.
Wait is too long staff is not friendly . The professionals didn’t even touch my injured see to check for progress
