Made an appointment for a pre employment drug screen and physical for 10am. Got there and waited an hour to be called back. The medical assistant that was with me got called away to help with a Spanish speaking patient so she asked the other assistant if she knew how to do everything and she said NO. Then another assistant and the one that didn’t have a clue take me for my N95 mask fit test and the mask is obviously way to big but we do the test anyway. Very slow and unorganized. Went for a pre-employment physical. They are very disorganized. It took about 3 hours. I had a Moh's procedure to remove cancer from my lower eyelid that morning that took less time! They didn't complete everything they were supposed to do so it delayed my start date by 2 weeks AND I had to drive back to KC from Topeka again to have my physical re-done AT the potential employer's occupational health clinic. Received forms to fill out ahead of visit. Questions on form were appropriate for an employment physical. There was about 15 min wait but once my turn came they moved me thru quickly and efficiently. The medical professional who saw me tested my physical fitness as necessitate by the job I was being hired for. Employees were friendly and I was happy with my visit.

I was sent over for a work comp issue. Took almost 3 hours. The Dr looked like he was 90. I felt like he interrogated me. I wasn’t there to cheat the system either. He belittled my health and judged me for a chronic condition I suffer from. I’m a good person who simply followed the instruction by my work to go there. I left feeling hurt and annoyed all at the same time. ��

I was the first in the door at 8 a.m....for a simple random U. A...in 45 min I was out...took way to long for a simple ua test.
