If you walk in expect to wait at least 3 hours if you have an appointment expect to wait at least 2. What the f*** is the point?!

they we're ready and gave you the proper paperwork to fill out. Once you filled out the paperwork of course it takes time to enter maybe a 10-minute wait. by 15 minutes I was in doing my drug test for my new job
I just went in for a new employment drug screen. The reception desk was pleasant, helpful and professional. Same for the collector. I waited only about 20 minutes or so and then the process was quick and efficient.
Employers have a right to direct care when an employee is injured, we were just informed of a new Concentra Policy of not being able to back in the exam room even though the employee said it was ok. Employers beware. We are looking for a new provider. Concentra bought out Healthworks and is giving us subpar service. It is time to direct our care elsewhere.
Everyone was very nice and I was in and out pretty quick.
The staff has been absolutely amazing, professional, and very helpful.
