- Long wait at Lenexa / 95th location - Unorganized with paperwork, had to repeat forms as they gave me the wrong ones initially - Nurse did not wash her hands and attempted to give me an injection without wearing gloves.

the front staff are not friendly, organized or helpful. I arrived before my appointment time, filled out paperwork, and waited my turn to see the nurse. when it was my turn, the administrator made me fill out additional paperwork, causing a much longer delay. when I finally got to see the nurse, things went as expected.
It is company ordered for Annual DOT physicals ! The Lenexa 95th st location specifically
The nurse and doctor were very friendly and professional. However the front desk staff were absolutely horrible. They looked disheveled or over make up. they looked as if they didn't know what they were doing. Lots of confusion not professional at all.
The wait time is usually long.
I went in for a physical and drug test — very friendly staff
Everyone was extremely helpful & kind. I am a nurse - I notice these things. The Front desk was VERY short staffed & the 2 gals were running like crazy. Get them help before they quit.
