The wait was crazy! ! Enough said hopefully when ALL is done i won't need to return anytime soon.
It took them 3 hours to call me back for a drug test and then I had to sit in the lobby and wait another 3 hours for them to tell me something that I already know and when I came back on the day I was supposed to nothing was ready and the nurse had a attitude very unprofessional and unorganized I will never come back to this place again next time I will go far out to the suburban location lesson learned from this experience
Very professional, the staff was outstanding and the doctor was precise in his diagnosis, I usually don't like going to appointments or the hospital cause of the wait, but I was in and out within 45 minutes, very impressive!!
WORST CONCENTRA EVER!! They have you waiting forever like you just want to give them your whole day. Once you get in the back to see the doctor, the nurses ask a few questions then leave. Then they come back ask a few more questions, and 20 minutes later a doctor comes in & ask the same questions & a couple more different questions, then the doctor leaves & comes back in another 20 minutes. Recommendation- GO FAR OUT!! Don't go to the Jefferson location for nothing!!!!!
