Went in for a DOT physical. In and out in around an hour.. 🏽
Very slow at taking care of patients. They don't seem to care if you are fit for duty or not. They just send you back to work.
World's worst doctors. Only reason they are there it's because they couldn't make it in. Hospital or private practice. Horrible customer service and long wait times.
The Office on Jefferson Ave is the worse I have ever been to. From the front desk to the Physican is horrible. I sat for over 2 hours and asked the receptionist if I was going to be seen. Her response was I didn’t realize you was here. What is the sign in sheet for ! It went downhill from there
0 I'm in the process of suing concentra for refusing to do any test or x rays after I told the doctor my back is in pain. And lying telling me my supervisor cherry said that my job did not consistent of pulling of muscle. My supervisor name is not cherry and her supervisor name is not cherry. There's no supervisor in my department by that name. The 1st doctor I seen had put on restrictions because he said my back muscle was tight. The second doctor comes in and over turns his judgemental call. Because he was still in his fee... read more
It was a good place ppl were friendly and helpful the doctor was great. Just didnt like the wait.
I had a great experience with the staff at Chene and Jefferson, Detroit Concentra. Michael the Health Assistant was phenomenal and helpful....and Dr. Saul was pleasantly professional and nice..... I was able to accomplish 2 things with one visit......thank you....Ms. Smith
