truthfully I am a 66 year old Medical Professional person sent there to have a TB test done which they told me it was positive I went and had my chest x-ray did and it was false they gave me a wrong reading know I am very serious when it comes my help when someone give me the wrong indication I have a problem with it and for the Concentra up there on Jefferson in Detroit they needs training because they was not efficient on anything thank you
The staff was fast and very friendly..
I felt very pampered and cared for. I was low key afraid but trying to stay calm. They staff and the Dr were very considerate and empathetic. One staff member shared a personal story similar to mine and made me feel less inept. Under the circumstances I had an extraordinary experience.

I was there to take a pre employment drug screen. After I took the test they gave me a paper where they were sending my test results and it was the wrong location. I asked them about it and the guy told me not to worry about it and that they will send it to the right place. Sure enough they sent it to the wrong location and I still have pending results. I have started working but now I have to do a saliva test on site with my job outside of me already starting work. It was just not professional and it should have been fixed.
Great and funny people good place to go to you take your test at drug test speak to you polite and great customer service they have a job done
I had a great experience at Concentra -Jefferson Branch-I was seen 15 minutes of the 3pm time that I arrived. The doctor was very professional, the staff at the front desk took care of my paperwork accordingly. My experience was very professional.
