Don't waste your money, they where way off base with my medical care
I was the first person in line for Urgent Care and I'm still sitting in the lobby an hour later.
This ghetto ass concentra pissed me off early. Let me just pee in this cup and go home cuz they got me heated early. I purposely check the times and call before i come. I get here at 7 they lil security tell me they don't open until 8. Mind you they website and phone say 24 hours. I walk away get back in the car, drive off. I end up calling and talking to somebody. I'm like what time do y'all start doing drug testing she like 24 hours unless you need a physical too. No just drug testing. Oh well yeah 24 hours. I said well wh... read more
It wasn't bad the reception was doing there job . I believe if the company information had been verified as it relates to what the company wanted. So I didn't leave from Concentra until 430 I got there about 130 . I was ok after they did the physical
The doctors took forever! 1 hour wait to be called to the back(cool) but 3 hours in the back (NOT COOL) ! Lady doc. Came in with ugs on i knew then i was in the wrong place. The shinning star was the physical therapy ladys....SUPER NICE. I got a call from them while i was already there so the receptionist sad have a seat tia will be right with you. .... Tia never came so i called tia from The lobby . smdh
Sat there for hours as usual because they have you sign your name on a clipboard then just leave you sitting there.....
My son had to have a physical for college for ROTC and he said his experience was great! Quick and efficient.
LEFT WORK ARRIVED THERE AT 2:55....PAPERWORK....WEIGHED...HEIGHT...BP CHECKED....X-RAY.....GOT BACK TO WORK AT 6:15.....WOW
