the facilities here was nice, convenient and comfortable. the bathroom was a little Trash so but that's because some people don't have any home training. But other than that they were very professional and expedient. And one other thing is that they had a snack and a drink available to me before I gave my urine analysis and blood test. and the wait time wasn't too terribly long either. If it was I didn't notice because I was chatting laughing it up with one of my neighbors. Haha.
All the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and professional. I did have a considerable wait for my DOT physical but I came fully aware of that with knowledge beforehand from my employer.
It was quick and easy, their staff was very friendly and knew what they doing.
The office is freezing cold. Everything looks like it's about to fall apart and I NEVER got xray results.
Went for a preemployment screen. Front desk was ok. Could have been a little more welcoming. But tech doing screen couldn’t have drug his feet anymore than he did. Only one person in front of me when I arrived. I still waited another 20 mins to pee in a cup. And missed lunch with my wife
I was there when the doors opened and I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours to see the DR for an ear infection. Others were in and out while I sat in pain. I won’t be back.
