RecommendedI went in to take a simple urinalysis and audiogram. I got there at 3:00pm and had been drinking a lot of fluids to make sure I’d be able to go. I had to wait an hour and a half before being taken back. By that time, I felt like bladder was going to burst. I know the staff were doing their best, but the wait time to take a quick drug test was unacceptable.
RecommendedThe staff was friendly and professional! They were a very busy place but continued to see people as quickly as they could and were very pleasant to everyone. They were always checking to see that people were being taken care of and no one was being kept waiting for no apparent reason. They made sure my test results were sent for me as soon as they were done so I could be on my way. I appreciated how quickly they let me know that I was good to go and thanked me for being there.

GET RID OF DR VAN ANDEL!! After a workers comp car accident, i was told this was the ONLY place that i could go to...later found out this was NOT true. I saw Dr Van Andel 3 times in one week. The first day, he seemed genuinely concerned about my concussion symptoms and wanted to see me back the next day. At my 2nd appt, he tested my reflexes as well as other tests. I had NO reflex in my right knee (never checked my ankle reflex). He had me come back again that Friday. He did NOT check my reflexes again and returned me to ful... read more
Even with an appointment, waited an hour.
The front office staff were rude and showed no compassion when they told me I would have to wait for an hour and forty minutes to provide a urine sample. Sadly I was in the office nearly two hours and was not allowed to leave or make an appointment. There was not enough seating so there were people sitting on the floor and standing for hours.
The doctor is a racist did not do my examination Like it supposed to be done
