The nurses at concentra are amazing! they do most of your work and I feel like they should be the doctors because, in my own opinion the docs are only there just to get a paycheck. the docs dont care at all!
This place is always a joke. Not that many people in the center and my husband is waiting on the doctor forever. I don’t even know why they are opened 24 hours, if you have to wait almost 3 hours to see a doctor, you might as well wait until the next day and go somewhere else.
This is by far the worst care I’ve received in Las Vegas. Dr Joffe provided incomplete and inaccurate documentation about my issue to my employer. I brought this to his attention, he made no changes. I was not provided any care the entire month that I was scheduled office visits when I should have been in therapy. He watched my health deteriorate and falsified my paperwork. Save your sanity and go elsewhere. Especially if you’re a woman or a minority

RecommendedReception was very uplifting friendly! I don’t remember her name but she was a black lady! I noticed her friendly voice ! Not rude or bothered that she was busy !

I was told the wait wouldn’t be long I waited two hours for my physical no one had masks on at the front desk the only nice part was the guy who started my physical. The doctor I ended up getting one never introduced himself rushed everything and got a attitude when I asked him to repeat something told me he has to fail me because of blood work I was never told to bring to find out he has to at least give me 30 days to get that in...... horrible experience
