Yep employees do NOT pay attention to detail. They checked me out for a physical and then called me back saying I FORGOT to get a test. I have NO idea what tests they need......how can I forget. Wasted my time and gas

This place is super slow. You have to wait at least 3 hours before they call you in.
I just came from there and I had the best service the nurse Erica and tech sofia.. Dr Buda .. everyone was super funny and took good care of me .. Thank you
Concentra sent me a letter stating my Worker's Comp claim had been denied, that I was responsible for the balance owed, that if i didn't pay in 30 days my bill would be sent to collection to damage my credit. I hope they do I will sue them. I was sent to this dirt bag place by my employer who is responsible for the bill. My Worker's Comp claim was approved. These people shouldn't be in business.
They take too long.
